Nikita Vivek, Business HR - DSMG, Ankit Khare, GIS -DNMG and Shriram B. Modak, GIS - DNMG have digitalized the HR Training attendance and feedback form by using "GIS - Dynamic Forms" platform. They rolled out the pilot batch in the month of July, 2018 at DSMG and till March, 2019 they have captured the data for 45 nos training sessions including Townhall and other HR sessions on TAB with using GIS application.

Benefits

This has helped for 560 saving of papers till today.

Ease of marking attendance and feedback for employees as the required details are pre-configured in the e-forms.

This has also helped in saving manual efforts of data entry in the system .
