Tata Power manages peak load of 102.5 MW in Ajmer city, Rajasthan

Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company, which manages electricity distribution in Ajmer City, Rajasthan witnessed peak load of 102.5 MW on 29th May 2018, the highest peak load catered by power distribution assets in the last two year in the city.

TP Ajmer Distribution Limited (TPADL) was able to manage this peak load comfortably as the company has worked extensively towards the maintenance of 33KV and 11KV lines as well as at the Distribution Transformers level since it took over the operations in Ajmer city.

Since the commencement of operation from 1st July 2017, TP Ajmer Distribution Limited has done over 980 Distribution Transformers maintenance.

On low transmission line maintenance too, TP Ajmer Distribution Limited has completed 3696 pole cleaning along with installation of 940 distribution boxes. The company has also upgraded 3 Power Transformer.

Additionally, the TP Ajmer Distribution Limited completed 100% tree trimming activity at 33KV and 11 KV lines for smooth operation.
