The Tata Power EZ Home devices are very easy to install, and even local electricians can do the wiring process following the terminal markings and instruction document.

The EZ HOME mobile application provides an easy interface for the first-time users and even for those who are not tech-savvy if they follow the product specification / manual for setting up and configuring devices hardly takes 1 min to complete the process.

About Device Installation

For further assistance in case of any issue faced by the customer, the EZ Home app provides a technical support guide wherein the FAQs have been answered and the customers can solve their issues following the steps as in the guide. If the issue still persists, then the customer care help can be utilised for resolving the query.

Installation Support

If the customer prefers to get the installation by authorised technicians from Tata Power, that is chargeable and there is a standard cost for installation of home automation switches and setup. The whole installation & configuration process is very easy to understand and a local electrician can easily complete the installation process following this video tutorial.
