Tata Power 'Go Digi, Get Lucky 2.0' campaign meets grand success; Adoption of digital payments to touch ~90%

Mumbai, 19th March, 2024 Tata Power, one of the largest integrated power companies catering to 7.5 lakh consumers in the city, returns with its highly successful 'Go Digi, Get Lucky 2.0' campaign, following the success of last year's initiative. Launched on 1st January and scheduled to continue until 31st March 2024, this campaign is designed to drive the adoption of sustainable practices through digital bill payment methods.

The revival of 'Go Digi, Get Lucky 2.0' reflects Tata Power's unwavering commitment to revolutionize consumer transactions, with a focus on enhancing digital engagement and optimizing processes. Already clocking around 6,000 conversions to digital payments through the campaign and welcoming over 12,000 new consumers to the E-bill platform, the campaign is making significant progress in achieving its mission. With the new consumers added to the E-bill platform, Tata Power is on track to achieve its target of 90% adoption by end of March, 2024.

Demonstrating their commitment to sustainability and concern for the environment, over 53% of Tata Power's consumer base in Mumbai Distribution has embraced paperless billing, with more than 88% of bill payments received digitally. This effort has not only strengthened Digital India and the cashless economy, but also has led to the preservation of over 56,00,000 pages annually, saving approximately 500 trees—a significant stride towards environmental conservation.

Through initiatives like 'Go Digi, Get Lucky 2.0,' Tata Power empowers consumers to make informed choices that benefit both them and the planet.

The campaign not only promises a seamless transition to digital payments but also adds an exciting element with a lucky draw. Participants opting for e-billing automatically qualify for entry into an exciting lucky draw, featuring attractive prizes such as LED TVs, mobile phones, OTGs, induction heaters, and more. The culmination of the campaign will also witness the felicitation of the lucky winners thanks to their environmentally conscious choices.

Seamless adoption of e-bills is facilitated through user-friendly options like the My Tata Power Mobile App, the Customer Portal, WhatsApp, or by visiting any of Tata Power’s customer relation centers in person. Additionally, a diverse range of digital payment avenues, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets & E-Wallets, NEFT/RTGS, BBPS, NACH, E-NACH, and UPI, accessible via the Customer Portal and My Tata Power Mobile App ensure that customers have a seamless and customer friendly experience.
