Tata Power Renewables bagged the Excellence In Performance Award for the 100 MW Solar Plant in Raghanesda Solar Park, Gujarat at CII Performance Excellence Awards for Solar, Wind & Hybrid Plants 2023. Despite facing challenges such as geographical constraints, water availability, and manpower issues, the plant has consistently excelled at benchmark levels. This success is attributed to the implementation and adoption of advanced analytical tools for plant performance analysis, along with the dedication of the site team. Such accolades underscore our significant contribution to green goals.

Tata Power Solar felicitated with a certification from ELCITA for the company’s active involvement in their Zero Waste to Landfill initiative through commendable waste management processes. The waste collected from Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd. since November 01, 2023, has been recycled via ELCITA’s Sustainability Park, Electronics City, Bangalore.

Tata Power Renewables achieved a remarkable milestone by bagging ‘Best Performing Wind Farms’ awards at the prestigious IWPA award function for the FY 2023. TP Renewable Microgrid has been awarded the Platinum and Winner at the prestigious 11th CII IQ Excellence Practice Competition on a national level. The award resonates with our innovative approach in serving rural microgrid consumers through the implementation of the patented Load Monitoring & Controlling Group Meter. This pioneering solution has been recognized for the groundbreaking innovation in enhancing Customer Experience and Manufacturing – Engineering sectors. Tata Power Renewables achieved remarkable success at the 46th CII National Kaizen Competition by receiving three prestigious awards in different categories. TPRMG was recognized in the kaizen category of “Renovation” for their exceptional work in enhancing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the Finance Function. TPREL received accolades in the “Innovation” category for their significant improvement in Data communication from Power one Make Aurora SMU. Additionally, TPSSL earned recognition in the “Breakthrough” category for their outstanding achievement in enhancing Wireless communication of insolation using SMP12 & Sutron Datalogger.

Tata Power Solar has won in the Workplace OHSE Excellence category at the 2nd edition of the prestigious World Safety Organisation-India (State) Level OHSE Awards 2023 for outstanding performance in manufacturing and construction sectors. The Manufacturing unit, Bengaluru, Karnataka and 1 GW SJVN site, Bikaner, Rajasthan won Outstanding Performance, Gold 4 Star awards. 4GW Modules and 4GW Cells Manufacturing Plant, Tamil Nadu bagged Very Good Performance, Silver 3 Star award. The awards will be presented at the 4th Annual WSO-INDIA OHS&E Professional Development Symposium in Chennai.

Tata Power Solar has added another feather in its cap by bagging the ‘Iconic Innovator 2023′ award at The Economic Times Excellence in Innovation. It’s a remarkable achievement that recognizes our significant contribution to project execution through exceptional innovations and technological excellence. Our Landmark projects India’s largest floating solar power project in Kayamkulam used innovation in execution by developing a scaffolding platform on the water body to make the entire solar plant float on water. The plant boasts a floating inverter platform having a 5MW capacity. The entire project is anchored to the waterbed of Kerala backwater using 134 cast pile foundations that are bored to a depth of 20 meters underwater to support the Central Monitoring and Control Stations (CMCS) and the 33/220 kilovolts switchyard.

Our other key projects consist of 300 MW Solar plant in Dholera, Gujarat which is India’s largest single axis solar tracker system. These projects are exemplars of how we are shaping the future of the solar power industry by pushing boundaries and embracing new technologies.

The Awards acknowledge organisations that increase clean energy capacity, advance clean energy manufacturing, boost India’s economy, and positively impact the environment.

Tata Power Solar has secured an accolade at the 2023 Maharashtra State Annual Solar Awards for the solar rooftop installation of 750 kW at Force Motors Ltd. The award organised by the EQ Magazine acknowledges leading solar projects and companies.

TP Renewable Microgrid won the Gold Award for Medium Industry at the 1st Sustainable Industrial Practice Awards at the 7th FICCI International Sustainable Conclave 2023. TPRMG has a mission to electrify 10,000 villages using solar mini-grids by providing clean, affordable, reliable, quality power supply with 24×7 service to 25+ million customers.

The cell Manufacturing team won Gold Award under Shutdown category for improvement in Safety scanner in Wafer handling machine. Project Execution team bagged Gold Award under Control Category for presenting innovative idea in Process Efficiency by eliminating Re-alignment of MMS Structure Installations. Silver award bagged by Module Manufacturing Maintenance team under Alarm category for improvement in RH Present Sensor Implementation in ATW MS100A Machines.
