Ms. Jha is a Chartered Accountant, and has approx.16 years of professional experience in the field of Finance & Accounts and Regulation. She has been associated with Powerlinks Transmission Limited since 2007 and during her tenure, she has handled Regulatory, Revenue & Collection, MIS, and Statutory Audit of the Company. She also has experience in handling term loans from banks & financial institutions, as well as the issuance and listing of debentures in the Company. She has extensive experience in transmission business.

Ms Jha is the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Powerlinks Transmission Limited (PTL) since March 2021. PTL is a joint venture Company, between The Tata Power Company Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).
