Mr. Dushyant Kumar Tyagi is the Chief Executive Officer of TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), where he leads the company's strategic mandate to deliver reliable, efficient, and customer-centric power distribution across Northern Odisha.
With over three decades of experience in the power distribution and utilities sector, Mr. Tyagi has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. He has held senior leadership positions in leading distribution utilities, including TPCODL, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited, and TPNODL, overseeing portfolios across operations, commercial management, network engineering, inventory optimization and corporate social responsibility.
An alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering, Mr. Tyagi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the International Management Institute, Delhi. His leadership approach combines technical rigor with a strong focus on governance, financial discipline, and digital adoption to enhance service reliability, reduce AT&C losses and elevate customer experience.
At TPNODL, Mr. Tyagi is steering the organization's journey toward infrastructure modernization, process digitization and sustainable performance, with a clear emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety, and value creation for consumers and stakeholders at large.
