Mr. Santosh C.R. is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has around two decades of professional experience. He is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Law degree. He has also completed Masters in Financial Management from Mumbai University.

He joined the Tata Power Group in 2014 as Assistant Company Secretary of Maithon Power Limited (MPL), a joint venture between Tata Power and Damodar Valley Corporation, and was later elevated to Company Secretary of MPL. In 2018, he transitioned to the Renewables Cluster, serving as Company Secretary of Walwhan Renewable Energy Limited (WREL) and subsequently Tata Power Solar Systems Limited (TPSSL), where he led the Secretarial function. Following the merger of TPSSL and WREL with the Company, he oversaw the Secretarial function of group captive entities.
