TPEVCSL Inaugurates New EV Charging Hubs in Kanpur and Varanasi

Kanpur, 12th October 2026: Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Limited (TPEVCSL), a subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), has further strengthened electric vehicle (EV) charging accessibility in Kanpur with the inauguration of new charging facilities at Eternity, Kanpur – IHCL SeleQtions and Deepu Chauhan Food Court on NH 19. At Eternity, Kanpur – IHCL SeleQtions, the company inaugurated a 60 kW EV charger. Located in Kanpur, this hotel is the first within the IHCL portfolio to feature a TPEVCSL charging station. The installation brings EV charging access to a premium hospitality destination, allowing guests and visitors to charge their vehicles while accessing the property's amenities.

At Deepu Chauhan Food Court, TPEVCSL inaugurated two 60 kW EV charging stations, supported by TPEVCSL Channel Partner M/s Aviral Enterprises. The facility is strategically located on NH 19, a key highway connecting Delhi and Varanasi, and serves as Charging hub for EV users travelling along the corridor. The facility was jointly inaugurated by Smt. Ritu Priya, SDM, Kanpur Development Authority, along with representatives from TPEVCSL and the charging partner.

The two installations highlight the importance of expanding EV charging infrastructure across diverse destinations that form part of consumers' everyday long-distance travel patterns.
